Had a great day today.
Gym:
• Zumba workout (45 mins)
• Elliptical (35 mins w/ cool down; 2.81 miles)
Intake:
• Chicken mushroom soup + Roasted apple Brie sandwich + one chocolate chip cookie
• glass of Pinot noir + short rib entree + disgusting Mac and cheese (should’ve trashed it) + shares creme brûlée + baileys, Khalua & coffee + some orange drink a couple of guys bought my friend and I

I enjoyed myself and Girl’s night with my friend!

Starting to feel “lonely” again and really don’t want to entertain these guys 😩😫
Good thing I’m not the reaching-out type.. will just have to indulge in self-care activities, reading, anime, or all of the above.

Had a great gym session this morning!
Bodypump class (~45 mins) I increased weights today which was nice. The 2.5lbs weights were light as a feather compared to when I first tried. 5 lbs weights are getting easier too. I just need to work on pushing through the reps.
Intake: cup of turkey chili + salmon sandwich on rosemary focaccia + bread and butter + Thai beef salad + chocolate chip cookie

I need to be real with myself and realize that I haven’t been EATING in a calorie deficit, despite working out. So I’m not eating anything else the remainder of the day.
I have to train a class at work today, when really I’d like to just sleep. Also, I’m moody due to PMS..

Can’t believe how consistent I’ve been with going to the gym.
This is sooo good for my mental health because once I start my senior year of nursing school, I really want a positive mentality.
I don’t want to have disordered eating habits anymore. I just want to be happy. Buuuuuut still want to reach my UGW. Not sure I want it to be 127 anymore. I just want to look sexy af, be happy with my body, and also be proud of all I’ve accomplished.
I went to the pool last Saturday with a guy I met/dated from Tinder, years ago. He’s a lawyer. Tell. Good looking, and he ate the fuuuuuuhhhhqllalalwooow out of me after our pool day/dinner. He told me he liked me, but he was also drunk and high, so idk or care. As much as I wanted to spend the night at his place, I had to go.
I have standards and just because I’m attracted to him doesn’t mean I need to give my all to him. I so want him to chase me and prove that he actually likes me. We’ll see. My track record has been pretty shit men.
Actually, I take that back. The men I’ve allowed into my space have been shit and completely wrong for me. I own that.

Workout:
•TURBO KICK (30 mins)
•Glute press- 3 reps 20 @130lbs,1 reps 20 110lbs (THESE WERE TOUGH! Especially at 130lbs— had to take a few breaks w/n the sets to finish) 😔
•Leg press- 2 reps 25@250lbs, 1 rep 25 @330 lbs (soooo tired— the higher reps are really being felt. Realized I didn’t eat very much yesterday, and I’m feeling the weakness now. 😔 feels like I’m going to either throw up or pass out, so I didn’t complete the rest of my usual workouts).
My friend recommended that I added more reps to my workout, and it was a tough one! I’m glad I experienced it and can rejoice in excelling.
Intake:
• 3 chicken drumsticks + veggies (asparagus, Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, carrots, etc.) + nutritional yeast
• 8.5 oz of chicken drumsticks + veggies (asparagus, cauliflower, and broccoli) + nutritional yeast
I ate my first meal a bit before 2, and I finished my last meal around 9:15– started with eating my plate of veggies first, and ending with protein. I really need to learn how to chew my food more AND slower 😅 I do this is public, but definitely not in private lmao.

Update 😁
I’ve been doing really great y’all.
Weightlifting had changed my life and I’m grateful,
I feel stronger and sexier and am just amazed by the transformations our body can do.
I no longer obsess over my weight the way I used to before. I just lead a healthy lifestyle of regularly going to the gym now.
After all, I want to be a fit nurse!
Will update a picture later (if I remember).
