Several years, at least. In pre-COVID times, probably 2018-2019, they did an office order of Chipotle and I had some. Could barely stomach it as it was SO greasy and oily. If we say that doesn't count as "fast food," then I probably haven't eaten at a major chain for even longer than that.

edit: this made me realise fast food is the first thing I deliberately cut from my diet. Which I think in itself is a healthy choice, except it is arguably also the first habitually 'disordered' thing I did

It's been years since I've had fast food. I had restaurant exposures at res, but none of them were from fast food restaurants, which was great. Actually, two weeks we had this really nice (mostly vegan) restaurant. Fast food is terrifying.

Oh my god......that video put me off for good.
I don't eat McDonalds anyways because it's not halaal. Man I'm so glad I haven't even eaten the fries.
Damn tho I feel so sorry for people who watched this and have eaten McDonalds before.

can't remember but maybe like a month almost? before that i don't know, which is weird bc i used to be craaazy about mcdonalds (fries, McVegan or fish filet, and a cola zero) but now oil repulses me too much to go near fries
mcdonalds bread scares me too, and soy patties too at this point (so processed)
kinda miss the feel though, like when you were a kid

maybe two year sago, and not by choice. I was out with my family and McDonalds was the only place we could find. thing is I've never really liked fast food anyway. I ate half of it and threw the rest away when they weren't looking lol
