omg the difference is crazy, good job! how did you do it?
thank you!!! i walked for 30min everyday and limited my daily intake to 500cals. my tdee was so much higher since i weighed a lot more so it was way easier to lose weight back then. i have a job now though so my intake is around 700-800cals, but my job is super active thankfully!!

ahh thank you!!! i make sure to take my vitamins everyday dw<3 and in the beginning, my whole mindset was wrapped around binge prevention. i let myself eat just enough so that i was full and mainly ate at night since that was the time i binged the most, and almost exclusively did volume eating to keep me satisfied longer. from then i just slowly lowered my intake until i had a decent amount of self control. in terms of exercise, the only exercise i did was walk for 30min during the weekdays. i ate lots of broccoli and chicken noodle soup during the beginning of my relapse LOL. also im not sure if this is relevant but i only weighed myself every two weeks if i could help it, so i never lost motivation since there was a 100% chance i lost weight. theres not a lot of instances where someone goes from obese to underweight so it was extremely hard to stay motivated but its 10000% possible if you stay consistent. i hope this helps!!!

This is literally the most motivating thing I have seen! U look fantastic, well done. U have put in so much effort and the results speak for themselves! I am going to take ur advice of only weighing every two weeks. Gosh u look great!!! Do u feel more (physically) comfortable in ur body? I’ve got extra baby weight and I feel awkward and fat in ways I’ve never felt before. I can’t wait to feel less… frumpy
ahh thank you so much!!! recently ive been more comfortable in my body but i think thats just because other people are always telling me how thin i am. when im alone though i can feel every fat cell hanging off of my body. and i used to have a bunch of extra baby fat on my face but its almost all gone now! if you feel frumpy you might just be "skinny fat" which means you have a higher percentage of body fat, which you can easily fix by working out and eating more protein. my arms were super flabby due to me being skinny fat and they're almost completely solid from all the lifting and protein. you can do this!

U r amazing and have done so well!!!! I wish I was skinny fat, I’m just regular fat fat. Pregnancy was rough. And now my life and health is different so I have to adjust because I can’t turn to my ‘usual’ techniques of weight loss. But ur results give me so much hope- good on u!!!!

this is awesome. I hope its not uncomfortable to say but seeing weight loss from a high bmi to low bmi is very awesome and satisfying. really nice job.
I was a high bmi before as well. I'm about 5'4 and I was 160 lbs or more and I'm 122 lbs now. I definitely feel skinny fat. I don't work out but I want to start doing deadlifts and running in the spring which will help.

it doesnt make me uncomfortable at all !!! thank you so much<3 and since ive made this post ive actually started working out everyday and eating about 850cals a day with a focus on protein and it actually works! (obviously it works but i was so convinced my body was gonna look flabby forever LOL) so it defo works !!!

did weighing yourself every 2 weeks help mentally? i weigh myself daily and sometimes the fluctuations mess with my mood! did you ever look at daily fluctuations??
eventually i started weighing myself every day compulsively and it definitely messed with me way more than when i wasnt doing it every day. if i gained even the slightest amount i would convince myself i was doomed to be fat forever and would binge since i thought it didnt matter anymore. its super hard to wait out the whole 2 weeks but its so worth it if you're consistent every day leading up to it, i always got a weird high from it LMAOO. but yeah, i hope this helps!!

I know this is a months-old post but for one, you look AMAZING 🔥 Congratulations!! This is really inspiring to me since I'm around your "before" oic and needed to see this. Do you remember how much you lost in 3 months?
