D: 1/2 big steak omelet, 1.5 pancakes

8 days binge free. I was worried because I wanted to allot more calories for my dinner with my bro I haven't seen in years. Luckily, we both got full quickly so I'm saving the rest for tomorrow.

S: gummy worms
D: vegetable soup

9 days binge free. Had some crazy urges, but I got through it. Was craving gummy worms as work got really stressful. I worked like 14 hours which is not unusual for me. Then, my period started. So this could be why I've been bloated and the weight is not changing. Maybe my stomach has shrunk by now which is reassuring.
