I get you! I store most of my weight in my thighs but good news is that my thighs have slimmed down a bit now being at bmi 18.4. There is hope!

Yes, I remember vaguely from years ago (now 6 years) since I last was at BMI 18 and I kinda remember the thighs do indeed slim down at that point... fingers crossed!!

Omg thanks!! to tell you the truth, 2022 is really the year I started working out consistently at the gym, and I can assure you that it makes the difference... I never had a toned stomach above BMI 18, but muscles really really help. I also suggest strenght training as a 'trick' to allow ourselves to eat more calories. But the downside is that one shouldn't exaggerate strenght training because in march/april I started feeling too muscly and too big (although people say it's a myth all the time, it's really not), even if I thought I didn't eat in a surplus, I was putting muscle mass on. Which is scary. But on the other side, it does help with looking 'toned'. Last summer I was at 104 lbs but felt a lot 'rounder' and less 'tight' than now if it makes sense. ATM I'm only doing cardio, pilates and some bodyweight exercises 'cause I wanted to lose everything, fat and muscle together.
