um anyway scared myself today (nothing happened i just have anxiety)
i think im gonna be serious about maintaining, i cant go too low again, its not worth it
ive done it before, whats left to prove? im just gonna fuck things up for myself in the end
so gonna try eating between 1500-1600kcal (except on the days when i have my intensive cuz ill be dancing for like 3 hours
uhhh so 1700kcal???)
im really hoping im not overestimating my activity level
i think 10k steps + exercise is lightly active? right?
