my legs felt so much better today but couldn't even hit my steps due to the rain. once i got home from work, i immediately started my workout. i find that if i lay around too much after dinner, i become less inclined to do it. i'm glad i did though becaus i felt like such a hot bitch afterwards. i just wish my body matched the attitude, lol.
