You mean you've had a combined total of 2,100 calories over the past 22 days? As in, you've eaten an average of about 100 calories a day?
I'm simultaneously impressed, jealous, and worried for you.
Please do be careful, hun; that's an extremely low intake. I hope I don't sound annoying, but I would definitely recommend allowing yourself a higher-cal day or two to keep your metabolism active and give your body some much-needed nutrients.

yes, that’s what i mean - i’m aware its extreme, and i plan to stop soon! ive been on a 5:2 fasting plan (5 days fasting, 2 days <500 cal intake) for about three weeks, because soon i’ll be going home where fasting isnt feasible. thank you for the concern, i can definitely feel that my body is beginning to reach a breaking point the last few days. i plan to give myself a few higher intake/nearly tdee days starting thursday and then ease back to a low but much more sustainable 500-700 cal/day regimen

ahahaha yeah this is the most extreme period ive ever had, but ive also been at this for 8 years, so i’ve been around the block enough times to understand my body and how to “recover” from severe stints like this to a more sustainable but still low intake. it’s been an interesting experiment in just how much i can push my body though, given ive still been attending classes and work and taking regular walks!

Lordy this isn’t going to end well. I promise you can lose so fast without going that extreme . I eat at least 1300 a day and have got down to very low bmis just by doing that . The body is such a complex big machine if needs so much more than we think just to keep ticking over .

I'm envious in because of my disordered mind. But I belong to 2 fasting groups, and this isn't uncommon for people who fast without ED's but for health. I have never been able to do it - hence the envy.
I commend you.

I had 2100 calories the other day LMAO
Hope you're doing well, you got crazy motivation/self control. Good luck with the refeeding process! I couldn't do this, even in my honeymoon phase
