I lost just shy of 30 pounds in a little over 3 months. I wasn't overweight to begin with (5'10'' and 177) so it's not like I had tons of weight to lose.
I did it by working 12 days straight while under a lot of stress.
I started a new job that was very physical so I was burning 3x the amount of energy I usually do and I was so stressed I was intermittent fasting 3x per week in that I'd consume nothing from 2 pm until 11 AM the next day.
I've balanced it out a bit and i'm not that stressed anymore.
I've maintained the weight for the last 4 months, too so it's def my new low weight but I'm not sur ehow to go abou tlosing anymore

I lost 10 pounds but I was so much heavier. I will never go back to being that heavy for a fast weight loss. Since I am very close to my goal weight, even with a two-day fast, I don't lose more than one or two pounds. With my distance running, I still lose very slowly but I count any loss as good. Since I am so close, my greatest fear is a gain or being unsafe because my anorexia can make me hatmyself for eating over my 500 cal/day. Trying to drop an extreme amount of weight can result in passing out or winding up in the hospital; neither is fun or good.

I’m going to ask for that at my next doctors appointment. I use to take adderall and I was able to eat 300 cals a day without feeling like complete shit. That stuffs amazing, if only I can find an antidepressant or bipolar medication that does that. I keep getting prescribed meds that cause weight gain and I just don’t take them which is really fucking stupid of me really.I miss vyvanse tbh

I once lost 20lbs in four weeks by legit drinking coffee and eating a tablespoon of peanut butter for every meal. I was down to my lowest at the time at 118lbs.
How I wish I maintained....

I went from an obese BMI to a healthy BMI so it was easier than going to underweight, plus I’m a low restrictor with lots of exercise, so quick and scary results.Just musings from a mad mind...

I hit plateau after like 7ish weeks so started 2468 diet at the beginning of December to try and break it, I’m still doing 2468 until hopefully February. I also don’t exercise other than walking my dog, I’m lucky if I make 10, 000 steps

Jesus what was your start weight? Was it a water fast? Did you have an zero cal drinks?
I've fasted for the last 2 days on coke zero and water and have only lost 2 lbs, I'm planning on fasting up until new years day lunch so will be a total of 84 hours. I worked out for an hour today mostly doing cardio and a little booty workout at the end.
I fasted for two weeks while working on a farm so physical work all day (35000 steps/day?) Didn't bother weighing myself though as it wasn't through ED- I was going through a shitty break up and just didn't feel like eating, but I visited a friends and even her 7 year old brother commented on my weight loss.

Probably water weight. I calculated that it is physically impossible for me to lose more than 2kgs of fat in a week, if I ate nothing and move a lot, so it must be something with water weight. However, I was eating ~1000 calories a day and moving a lot

CW today: 167.4 pounds
Body fat percentage dropped a little over 1% total, in just 6 days. That one percent is the 2 pounds.
Water weight matters just as much as pound of fat. So on my current pounds lost, 2 of those are pure fat. #contentandcontinuing
My work pants that were snug on me earlier this week are now looser around my thighs.

I won't stop until I get there.
