Hi, this thread will probably not be a great place to be, so to compensate : a genuinely warm welcome 
I would love to interact with other members here, I had left MPA for some time
I'm not too sure about making an accountability thread, but at least I'll have a place to store my bodychecks pictures (if I ever manage to upload said pictures)
Becoming obsess with going back to BMI 11-12
Current BMI around 12.5, fluctuating like a rollercoaster

you probably don't remember me, but you really helped me (a few months ago, i think?) with some info about amenorrhea and how vitamin d and calcium intake is very important for the prevention of osteoporosis. i got my period back in september this year for the first time since 2019.
so, just wanted to thank you for that 🤍
