most weight lost in 2 weeks..?

So I don't really know where to post this question.. And I'm sorry if I shouldn't have posted it here.
BUT - I am curious to know. I was thinking about water fasting for 3 days then going into a liquid fast for the other days. But I know I'll lose more if I have some breakfast, but having breakfast gives me binge urges in the afternoon. And I low-key want to punish (?) myself. It sounds soo weird and disgusting, it's just that I'm in a dark place and feel fucking fat AF. Sooo..
Please let me know the highest amount of weight you have lost and how. Please add your start weight & end weight, and also your height.

9 pounds but i think most of it was water weight .

I'm 5'6 and lost 20 lbs only consuming broths. Was 140, went down to 120. It wrecked me and
I gained it all back so quick when I stopped. I'd seriously eat breakfast, or even munch on some
low cal veggies during the day if you're worried about a big binge. Either way, just be safe.
EDIT: I was also working out, a lot.

I think it was 15 lbs (7 kg), like another poster said. Only took walks. Mostly water though. It also depends on where I am weight-wise.

most in 2 weeks was 123 to 116 in mid-january 2016, after i was ghosted by the boy i had been seeing 3 months and i was afraid of binging or eating a full meal because kept thinking he would call and want to see me and i didn't let myself feel full the whole time because i can't be with a guy when i feel full. i even blow dried my hair before bed, ready to answer any late night text. your girl had it bad
lots of exercise (running 5-14 miles four days per week, weights once per week, pilates class once per week), no alcohol/grains/gluten/sugar (800 kcal per day) with fasting 2-3 days each week
those were sad weeks, but damn if i didn't get rid of home for holidays weight gain (my family doesn't know about my ED but they insist on family meals and aren't oblivious)
