    just kidding no i didn’t this is the most self destructive shit i’ve tried yet

    but my current “plan” is spend the week restricting as low as i can, which is omad 200-300 cals for dinner, then friday and/or saturday night i b/p(i don’t eat anything outside them, at the most i’ll have breakfast on saturday which is usually 100-150) sunday i restrict to 600 because i have to eat 3 meals around my family

    the reason i call this a “hack” is because the b/p satisfies any cravings(and ups my self loathing) enough for me to drag myself through the next week of restriction, even if i were to purge halfway, i’d still end up losing weight. basically i feel a lot better than i should be?? i’m pretty functional and i’ve been doing this for around 3 weeks.
    idk i just need to tell this to someone to get a frame of reference for just how bad this is for me since my body obviously won’t give me any cues- i know i can’t do this forever but upping my calories even a little triggers actual uncontrollable binges, so i don’t know how to maintain or high restrict :(
