Most weight lost in two weeks?

    School’s gonna start in two weeks and I wanna lose as much weight as possible I was thinking I could eat 100-300 calories a day but I really don’t know about working out .. I do wanna get toned but I wanna lose weight and I’m afrid working out will make it harder for me to lose weight , any advice ? And how much weight did you lose in two weeks?

      And if I should work out would ab excercises be enough?

        One time last year around my birthday i wanted to lose 5 pounds in a week so i ate like 500 or less every day, and it worked.

        but then the day after my birthday the horrid binge cycle started... i remember it so vividly, i woke up in the middle of the night and went to my fridge and ate my WHOLE BIRTHDAY CAKE WITH MY HANDS.

         

        needless to say i gained from 108 to 120 in the span of three months soooo i don't recommend this method lol high restriction and exercise for sure

        if you eat more you will have more energy to exercise and honestly if you eat like 1000-1200 a day and walk like 3+ miles you will be golden

          this is exactly what I’m struggling with .. I lose a hell lot of weight but then gain it all back within a short while by binging :( it sucks

            TRUST ME!!! this will help you so much.

             

            eat 1000-1200 a day and maybe one day of maintenance a week.  slow and steady wins the race and your body won't deteriorate, you'll maintain muscle and be able to function better, perform at school and exercise.

            my favorite day might go like this:

             

            banana 100

            almond butter 180

            oatmeal 150

             

            chicken 150

            dressing and salad 30

             

            chicken 170

            quinoa 160

            asparagus 30

            zucchini 30

            alfredo sauce 70

            1070

             

            quinoa is so yummy and if you put pasta sauce on it and the chicken it tastes really good. asparagus is a diuretic so it makes you drop water weight and if you roast your veggies in the oven you can put lots of seasoning on it and just... yeah trust me girl lol this will help you.  plus with more calories maybe at the end of the day you can have a little bowl of ice cream or something and not feel the need to binge anymore because you're getting more calories and your stomach isn't screaming at you.

            ALSO i recommend if you buy cookies or ice cream or almond butter or anything you're prone to binge on, buy SINGLE SERVE packets so that way it's just not in the house.

            The most? Around 8 pounds, right now losing more like 3 pounds a week but it's a loss so idc

            I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I do not recommend losing weight this fast, it got me to a binge/restrict cycle. not fun.

            I ate 300-400 calories a day, everyday was hell. I would tell u to eat 500-800 calories, trust me it's much more easier & you'll have more energy to function. 

            You'll lose weight much faster this way.

                I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks but got extremely sick with low potassium so be careful. Though I'm restricting pretty low again the more weight I lose the less I want to eat.
