I lost 5 kilos in a fortnight of eating 600 cal a day. That's probably the fastest I've lost, it's wayyy slower now which is super annoying as I'm really impatient.

But I know before my IP admissions I’ve often found out I’m going 5/6 days before I go and lost 2kgs by the time I get there. I think that’s my body just totally giving up though and me refusing to eat anything once I know I’m going.
Maybe the most I lost at a higher weight was probably 2kgs in a week. That’s not sustainable though.

I should Google it but what's a "fortnight"? I assume it means two weeks?

Okay not me, but some blogger tried the Pure Change diet for 7 days. It's a protein diet, with shakes and bars and vitamins. And you are allowed some vegetables. Very strict. I calculated the intake and you either have a 600 kcal day or a 800 kcal day (estimate!).
SW: 118 pounds or 53.5kg ⎮BMI 19.7
EW: 106 pounds or 48.1kg ⎮BMI 17.7
So she dropped 12 pounds or 5.4kg in 7 days. A loss of 2 whole BMI points. From being on the lower end of normal BMI to an underweight BMI.
If that's not motivating, I don't know what is.
I am eager to try the diet as well, but they don't ship internationally....
PS: Bella Hadid has done the diet as well!!

I myself once dropped 12 pounds or 5.4kg in 4 days by eating as little as I could. Probably around 800kcal and no exercise (maybe some yoga or walking when I was feeling up for it, definitely didn't burn more than 200kcal).
SW: 159 pounds or 72kg⎮BMI 24.3
EW: 147 pounds or 66,6kg ⎮BMI 22.5

I once went from 154 to 136 in 2 weeks. I fasted the first 3 days, worked out minimum 30 min every single day, ate 700 calories a day.

Once, in one week I lost 10 pounds eating one cheese stick a day.
In that instance I'd been in forced weight recovery for about two months. I started the week at a BMI of 21.8 and ended at a BMI of 19.9. Haven't been able to replicate that since. I was being watched at the time and was instantly forced back into eating at that point and went back up to a BMI of 21.

If you don't mind me asking what was your before bmi? And did you exercise a lot?
Before I was at a BMI 19 and I moved every day (like going to the beach swimming and walking, running on the treadmill in the hotel sometimes) ((I was on a trip)) I would say it was mild exercise.

almost 8kg in just under 2 weeks .... my first and last water fast (can't fast without fainting now). It was probably mostly water weight tho .... I maintained for several months but gained it all back when depression returned and hit HARD.
Went from 64kg to 56.2kg

wow!! And did you regain it after increasing your intake? Could you see a difference as you would have say if you lost weight slower over more time?
