I wondered what is the most weight you have lost in 1 month? I am hoping to lose 15 lbs next month, but in reality as long as I am loosing a little every single day I should be happy.

The most I've lost was about 14lbs, so it's definitely possible for you!

Ummmmm, well I lost like 44lbs (20kg) in 2 months. At first the weight dropped pretty fast, my starting BMI was like around 22.

So I guess I lost most of that weight in the 'first month' of properly restricting but some of it I lost during the next month.

I exercised maybe once a month (so basicly not at all lol) and just ate like 0-800cal/day. Maybe mostly like 600cal, but never over 800.

        Would not recommend.

15 was my record. i wouldn't recommend losing that fast though bc it's unsustainable

i think like 7-9 kg? i fasted for 10 days straight and on and off for a few days whenever i felt like it. besides that i don't even remember what i ate and how much, im guessing somewhere around 1000 calories with running and doing yoga.

I lost 20 lbs in a month but it was going from normal eating to severe restriction so my metabolism was better and it dropped off, god I wish my metabolism was still that good or if I could get out of starvation mode -_-

I lost 16lbs in 3 weeks and ended up being hospitalised and NG tube fed for 10 days...gained 7lbs in hospital and since being out I've lost 6lbs in 4 days...

I was restricting very strictly though, I would go 4/5 days without anything and then have some fruit so it wasn't the best way as I ended up in hospital

16 lbs starting at a BMI of 23. Not only was it sustainable, I kept losing and a year later still haven't gotten back up to the weight I was after the 16 lbs were dropped, even if I ate normally. Getting to that high BMI was a combination of hating myself, alcoholism, and eating fast food all the time. Now I drink my occasional vodka and would panic in a drivethru. Still kind of hate myself though.

I lost 10 pounds in 10 days by eating one meal at late night, walking a lot, and fasting for 4 days. I was sick then so I had no appetite.

                        like 11lbs?
It's not worth it though. There's better ways to do it.

I thought I was feeling pretty good about losing ~10 lbs over the past month, but this thread is making me feel inadequate, lol.

Anyway, that was from BMI 23.2, and I did it netting ~800 cals a day (for me, a TDEE deficit of about 800-900).

Hoping for similar results over the next month! And then to probably slow it down a bit...
