    I'm desperate to lose 10kg in 2 months, a month would be awesome but i don't wanna be hospitalised again. How did everyone do it

      The most I have lost in one month is 8KG (17.6 pounds). Exactly 32 days, from June 2nd to July 4th.

        I literally ate nothing except for gum and I also limited the amount of water I drunk per day because I noticed it makes me really bloated.

        8-10 pounds/month is realistic but I think if you have a very low cal intake, 15 or more is possible for most people, esp those with a higher starting weight. I've lost almost 8 in 2 weeks but I'm obese and probably a little dehydrated rn

            No. I only drunk between 16-20 ounces. Sometimes less. I once went four days without drinking any water at all and when I went to get lab work done, they came back extremely abnormal including being very acidotic.

                Realistically when you drink so much water and don't eat much , how bad should you feel about your weight.. considering the water must weigh quite a bit.. it always scares me

                    Max of 300 a day but most days kept it under 100. It's not sustainable for most people, really just depends on who you are and what works for you.

                        21 pounds from 2 weeks of water fasting (and coffee^^), then 2 weeks of 150-400 cals a day and LOTS of cardio. Got to my lw, 94 lbs(I'm 5"7)

                            I recently lost 8 kg in exactly a month (continuing to lose btw) and it was pretty easy to be honest. I kept my NET calories (food minus exercise) below 300. I could eat whatever i wanted as long as it ended up under this limit. I had a rule to get at least 600 calories burned every single day through exercise, though often i burned more (and ate more those days!) So i ended up eating about 900 calories a day, sometimes more sometimes less depending on exercise. This allowed me to have treats and foods i craved without breaking my rules. I never binged, didnt feel the need to, and continued losing like this the following months. Also, i didnt get any side effects

                            20lbs in 33 days, 30lbs in 2 months. I ate between 200-600 cal a day. I exercise 5-7 days a week. I binged at least 5 times and increased calories to 800 to keep my metabolism up.

                                  trying to restrict or not eat during the day and only eating dinner.

                                  Sometimes a full fasting day.

                                  Also some 'small' binges.

                                   

                                  It would be so much easier to lose that amount of weight eating like 900 calories a day consistently, instead of fasting, then binging..

                                  but oh well. That's how I lost it.

                                            8kgs in 2 weeks... b/p do not recommend.. got so weak after that and had a lot of suicide and self harm thought. Also ffelt more and more disgusting each day

                                                          i've lost 12lbs in a month doing the military diet but that was a long time ago. but supposedly you can lose at most 40lbs in 4 weeks of you follow it correctly. it's only 3 days and the other 4 days they recommend following a 1500 calorie diet but i always do 800-1200 calories to be on the safe side. but you should also remember that everyone experiences the diet differently. if you are more overweight than you would lose a lot more than say to someone who is of a healthy size. but you should give it a try :)

                                                              I dropped 15 in a month by replacing breakfast and lunch with sugar-free rockstar and only eating half a portion of dinner to keep the fam off my back. no snacking over like 50 cals. i walked like 1.5 hours a day too

                                                              I lost 6kg in January but was mainly food weight and water weight from Christmas, you know.

                                                              It's easy if you are eating healthier than before or a little less (is not necessary to eat a lot less, just 200 kcal) or you can add some exercise if you weren't doing anything before.

                                                                15 kg (33 lbs) in one month. Lost more the following months and got hospitalized a few months after that because I lost so much weight too quickly. So now i try to go a little bit slower, so i won't freak out the people around me (at least not too early). Be careful

                                                                  Probably between 12-15 kgs (26-33lbs), but I was on a strict water fast for the entire month. I also exercised between 15 minutes (HIIT) and 60 minutes (kickboxing) everyday. I fainted way too much but I was on summer break so thankfully I was just at home.

                                                                   

                                                                  I absolutely do not recommend this as it will set you up for days of massive binging and you'll gain most of the weight back.
