-Evening: Phnom Penh style rice noodle bowl (270 cals) + 2 soft boiled eggs (140 cals) + Green onions (5 cals) + Baby shrimp (60 cals) + Sesame toasted seaweed snack (15 cals) + Mountain Dew Spark zero sugar (0 cals)

Tomorrow afternoon we’re leaving to go skiing with my family for the weekend, so this might be my last update for a couple days. I’m still debating weighing myself in the morning bc I’ve been reeeeaaally constipated 😬
Not planning on restricting while we’re there, my mom has been super suspicious lately and my husband is getting concerned too so hopefully if they see me eating “normally” it will reassure them and get them off my back. I’ll be doing some physical activity at least so hopefully it won’t set me back too much!
Dumping a couple body checks from the past couple weeks, I don’t know where else to put them lol. I think I was 91-92 lbs or something - they’re from before my last weigh in, so BMI in the high 16’s.
