I joined a friend for a dinner gathering this evening and successfully turned down every single offer of food. I started feeling hungry after being there about 2hrs. I could feel my control starting to slip and temptation was creeping in. So i did the smart thing and got the heck outta there! Proud of myself.
Im going to head to sleep soon. I count day 1 as a smashing success!

Day 1 was mostly sleep. I need to drink A LOT of coffee to stay up. I try to watch a film, I fall asleep. I go take a shower and sit down for a sec, I fall asleep. But that happens when I eat "normally" as well. I had some work left to do, so I worked for almost 4 hours, caught up, then took a shower and it was bye bye for me. When I got out of the shower, my room was so nice and warm that I slept some more. Woke up with stomach ache at 9 pm, upper left side, I had to take something for the pain, then slept until 4 am. I just made a fresh pot of coffee and I'll maybe have time to drink some of my home made soup. Unfortunately, next week I have to move my bed in a different position. I'm NOT looking forward to that and I have no one to ask for help. It'll take 10 hours won't it? Ha. Annoyed that I still have solid food in the house, in the form of a melon, but I'll try to flavour some water with that. Should be fine. I will take photos of my body in its current state in the daytime, maybe have a little comparison mid month and then another at the end of the month. I was afraid to weigh myself after the recent weight gain, but I did it and I'm at 154. Boo.

Morning of Day 2
Day 1 went really well and was fairly easy and was able to stick to most of my schedule remaining fairly productive majority of the day. Kept to tea, coffee and Pepsi max my three favourites and lifesavers, need to drink more water though but I find it hard unless I’m exercising. I felt fairly tired last night and was asleep by 9pm but that’s about normal for me as I’m an early riser. Day 2 is a similar plan follow my schedule and stick to my three already half way through my 1st coffee.
I’m really hoping to loose about 30lbs which I’m of an higher weight so should be possible and surpass my longest fast which was only five days, obvs want to complete the whole of Jan but that’s my personal goal.
