Yeah lol I've been gone a while but guess what! I'm at my highest weight. 58.6kg.

This is SO NOT HAPPENING.

I was fine for ages but earlier this year the weight started to creep up. I've been trying to "eat sensibly" and "not eat so many snacks" hahaha I'm fed up (literally). I did drop like 1.5kgs but I've gone right back up.

I'm 30 and I think my metabolism has plummeted or something,, my grandma said that she gained hella weight when she was around my age and she had to be careful from then on. I'm going to partially blame that but mostly myself for being an idiot and eating too much cheese. And empty carbs.

So I've made myself a plan and I need accountability to freaking stick to it. By the way, after this post I will be swearing, so if you don't like that then best not to follow, thank you :) The plan is based off what I've done in that past that has worked. I'm not jazzed about counting calories again tbh, but also I am jazzed ya know. Conflicted I guess you could say. But I will do it!

- 500-1500 calories per day, based upon physical exertion. I'm only going to go up to 1500 if I exercise a LOT that day. I want to exercise every day, even if it's just like a 30 minute walk or some light yoga. But I'm going to do a proper workout 3x a week or more.

- Will be intermittent fasting about 4-5 days per week.

- Eating lots of veggies

- Ideal macro breakdown 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carbs

Those are the basics. I'm aiming to post daily. May post some progress photos once I'm not so disgusted with myself.

Oh and I'm going to lose 3kgs by Christmas.

Also, I'm fully sober at the mo for depression reasons (my doc told me to do it and it has been helping a lot with my mental state).
