day six
caloric intake: 491
water intake: 1.5L
step count: 7946
so today i got catcalled, which is fun. i was coming out of the supermarket and a car drove past and horned at me. he opened his window and yelled something that i didn’t hear. it was humiliating and it made me realise that i’ll never truly disappear at any weight i reach. all i want is to be an unnoticeable waif but i guess it’ll never happen. but yeah, moving on. i really need to drink more water, i’m always so thirsty. when i’m thirsty i get insanely hungry too, which isn’t ideal. i’m eating way too much despite being under my limit, i was really hoping for more days in the 200s and 300s. i need to try and eat a little less because i’m scared that i won’t lose as much weight as i planned to. hopefully i’ll be able to weigh myself tomorrow so i’ll have some sort of lead on where this is going
