My plan this time isn’t that crazy. I plan to go slow and suck it up. My calorie limit will be 1200. And i plan to eliminate all extreme behaviours, bingeing, purging, and fasting are all off limits. I have 98 days to go until Halloween. I have consulted with losertown and when i input my information plus moderate activity i will supposedly reach a new low weight by October 31st. (Old LW is 93.8)

I am also using a paper journal to record my progress because i’m still unsure how the changes to mpa are taking place.

It feels nice to be back to restricting. Bingeing has been awful. I’m so bloated and theres a lot of pain digesting things I shouldn’t be eating. I’m excited for 1200 cal limit! Hopefully high restriction is the answer for me. I’m also excited about my journal, my hand is cramped from all the writing but it’s so aesthetically pleasing to write everything down and record everything. I’ll probably share a couple snapshots of it once the first week has passed so ya’ll can have a better idea of what it looks like.
Today went well. No obsessive thoughts about food. My only goal i did not reach was drinking 1.5L of water. I think i barely had a single glass lol oops. Btw i have a few goals/rules other than just calorie/steps. I will list them now.
Weigh everyday
1200 calorie limit
10k step goal
Drink 1.5L water
No eating between 9pm/9am
No dairy/gluten
No alcohol (2x a month max)
No bingeing/purging/fasting
I am recording in my journal whether i achieve these goals or not to keep me on track. I want to buy stickers to reward myself for days where I hit all my goals. Very childish i know, but if it works it works lol.
