About me
- Hi there!
- I am _________ . I’ve been thinking about recovery for a long time.
- I can’t keep living like this. I have been restricting very harshly for the past months.
- I’ve adapted the Skinny Girl Diet Plan to allow myself to slowly up my calories, as opposed to putting my body through the shock of a normal diet.
- As you may have read in my signature, I intend to then follow the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet Plan- and then

☁ Deviating of 20 kcal from the goal intake is perfectly fine.
☁Make at least 5k steps.
☁My physical activity of choice is weightlifting. I do a three day split.
☁By selfcare, I mean at least cleaning my face + moisturizer + brushing my teeth. More is better!
☁To keep creativity up, I’ll cook for myself lowcal recipes i found on this website at least once a week.
