Light breakfast like a cheesestick and protein bar and then for lunch Id have a veggie patty (only one patty, no bread) with some ketchup and jalapeños or broccoli. For dinner Id have a heaping plate of broccoli with lemon. I ONLY drank water.

I was 230 pounds when I started this but the first 20 pounds came off in less than a month. The second took about a month and a half. Now I'm halfway through the next 20 when has taken me about 2 weeks. I eat 600-800 cals a day, fast 20 hours everyday, and exercise burning a minimum of 200 cals for 5 days a week. I also do longer fast (36-72 hrs) every one or two weeks. I focus on protein and I'm trying to eat less carbs without cutting them out too much because I know people tend to gain some weight back when they come off low carb/keto. I drink black tea at the beginning of the day for caffeine and peppermint herbal tea at the end for aiding digestion. Also I drink a LOT of water.

i lost 13 kg in about two months, i think. i would eat no more than 500 cals (that was already a lot for me), go on walks and do cardio in my room. i don't recommend such fast weight loss though, your friends and family could notice and get you hospitalised. x

Well, since I don't eat much on restriction days I couldn't eat that much on binge days but I was eating junk foods which are high in calories like chocolates biscuits

a bit more than a month. stay safe though! i don't recommend extremely fast weight loss as it's both unhealthy and will be noticed by your family (probably). that's how i got into forced recovery. x

One month of fasting which I do NOT recommend because I couldn't sustain it. Gained it all back.
2-3 months of low-medium restriction with 5 days of eating my maintenance or above it. Definitely better. I could maintain it.

Between 800 - 1000 depending on what I ate.
When I restrict for maintaining it's going to be between 1000 - 1,200 calories.

I went from 175 - 120 during last year, on just the high restriction. I lost about 10 lbs every other month. Then balanced out for awhile in November & December, just maintaining, because Holidays. Down to 116 now.
Did you do a weight projection on losertown? It's pretty accurate. You can slide the scale to see how much you need to eat to lose.

don't worry bb! I did at least 15k steps daily, with occasional sit-ups in my bed. I also intermittent fasted every day for like 17 hours(to exercise in fasting state too) and ate around 800 cals(i recorded around 1000 cals but i overestimate A LOT lol). I binged like 3 days(at least 6000cals each and idk how), but not in a row because otherwise i would've continued binging for weeks and weeks. I also drank green tea like crazy EW OH MY GOD LIKE 2 CUPS A DAY and sometimes diet coke and white or red monsters. Ohhh and I also avoided carbs like they were most malefic thing on the planet and often took apple cider vinegar lmao. I basically just went crazyoh shit wtf how much were u ressing to and did u exercise ... no binging at all ? sorry for all of the questions >__<

I felt all right. Because prior to that I had lost so much in a month, I had a BMI of 16 and binged to bmi 20 in a month. So I guess not all the weight I had lost was fat.
And no I didn't keep it up... I maintained it for a few weeks only rip
Thank you for your answer. And I'm sorry ❤

I´ve lost 10kg´s 2 times:
First time with high restriction going from overweight to a healthy weight, took me 3-4 months
Second time healthy weight to underweight, starving, fasting, low restriction, took me 2,5 months, wouldn´t recommend tho

I guess my point is, I’ve lost 30 lbs several times, haha. And, depending on what I was doing/how much I weighed affected the time it took a lot.
Edit: lmao, just realized this says 20 pounds not 30 fml

approximately a month and a half. totally depends on what weight you start at though- the higher you start, the quicker you lose. the lower, the slower.

I low restrict (250-400 calories per day), and strictly follow the 20:4 fast (fasting for 20h/day).

I'm not sure as I haven't had a scale for a long time, just relied on bodychecks and how my clothes fit but I'd guess my SW was somewhere around 45ish kg/99 lbs.
I really don't recommend doing what I did, it made me feel like I was gonna pass out every other hour but I ate one small bowl of oatmeal a day and purged the majority of it. Beyond just being messed up from purging and having an ED for years prior to that, I seriously fucked up my heart, stomach and bladder.
You can do whatever you want to but I wouldn't advise anyone in good conscience to try it.
