My friends in an accountability gc told me I am already getting slimmer coz my weight is going down. But I told them I am still far from my goal. I only really start to look slimmer when I reach 42. I have a small-framed body so every pound in my body makes me look fatter. We started that gc btw so we can have time to exercise and manage eating. We have penalties (money) for those who gain and not complete 150 mins of exercise per week. Guess what. I have the most payment in there   My weight yoyo between 48-50 so sometimes I would pay for the gain, sometimes not. For the exercise, I usually pay  I was only good at the start then got lazy. We will use the money for a weekend get away (an overnight at a beach resort perhaps) if all of us is already in the same city.
Anyways, our other friends invited us to a samgyup buffet. We took our son to a barbershop first coz his hair is already too long and he decided to play with the scissors and cut a tiny bundle of on top of his hair 

I told him that I'll take a vid instead coz I can't take a picture of him coz he's always moving.



Then proceeded to take a picture of me then realize later on that it's still on video mode 


 
Yes, my hair is still damp. I rarely blowdry my hair.


Everyone is already hungry but the griller was still not in place.



Then I broke my fast.



There's a tv in the resto that plays kpop music.


Winner - Really Really on the screen (I love them but this one is not really my fave from their discography)

Anyways, after this, we transferred to a coffeeshop 

I guess cheat day today. I am hoping I purged more than half of what I ate. The meats digest slowly so they're still there thankfully ready to be purged. It's very rare for me to purge in public restrooms. I do it the moment I get home.
