I went from 160 to 130 in about 3ish months. I ate under 800-900 calories religiously (a few maitenence days) and I made sure I was hitting at least 12,000-14,000 steps every day (which this was quarentine so it was usually running in place forever.

could be physically possible dependibng on your sw and metabolic health. if you're already underweight or close to underweight (under bmi 21) or have metabolic damage then no. but generally, possible? yes. but you're very likely to binge it all back shortly afterwards.

i don’t recommend low restriction. i use to eat less than 200 and it damages your body SO MUCH. i barely had any energy. it’s best if you high restrict, it’s much easier to maintain.😰 I’m on <200 a day currently, but struggling to fast, do you still think I can lose 30lbs by July? 😥😥
don’t be upset cause you don’t lose a certain amount of weight in a specific amount of time. it takes time and patience

😢😢😢😢😢 it took so long to come off in the first place, when I hadn’t even been trying to lose. Now I’m terrified, that coz it was forced gain, I won’t be able to get it off 😪😪😪😪 and I can’t bear being so heavy

Yes I lose an average 10 pounds a month.
Forced into inpatient-came out and my account here was magically gone?
Hmmm weird, right? Whatever, that was years ago. I came back now, and thats all that matters. I missed you all
I like drugs & sex & photography & vintage things & my Husband.
I just want to be thin.
Did you know that there are more ants than there are people in the world?
And Cleopatra used an empty gourd filled with bees as a dildo!
Okay cool thanks for reading - I'm going to go back to starving now.

How??
I fast 20ish of the 30ish days of the month, and I workout.
