1 sesame seed bagel toasted with coconut cream cheese.
Fresh strawberries with coconut whipped cream.

Rice noodle stir fry with veggies and 2 eggs. Veggies include red pepper, red onion, green onion, and carrot. Sauce is garlic, honey, siracha, sesame oil, soy sauce.

Pretzel crisps with garlic hummus.

3 Vanilla sprinkle pancakes with syrup and coconut whipped cream


Notes,
Starting weight and current weight are the same because it is march 1st. No physical activity today. Today I didn’t binge or eat heavily processed snacks. I didn’t restrict which sucks but I didn’t binge and that is important. To lose weight I’m going to have to cut out high calorie snacks, like the pretzels or pistachios, despite being healthier than candy they are still fattening. My portion sizes also need to be drastically cut down. Btw i went a little ham with the coconut whipped cream today but i was so happy to find a dairy free whipped cream lol. And the pancake dinner was special, clearly very unhealthy, but march 1st is apparently pancake day. So thats why i chose such a fatty fat dinner. My focus is more on not bingeing than on restricting. I’ll do much better tomorrow though.
