Day 14:

So originally I planned a 10 day fast but then decided I'd try push it to 14, and here we are! Well, I'll have completed 14 days at midnight. Yesterday for the first time in ages I got really strong cravings and wasn't sure I'd be able to get through without ruining my fast which would have been a real shame so close to the two week mark. However, I sat with my feelings and identified where the thoughts were coming from. And I'm still fasting. I'm still not entirely sure when ill break the fast as I dont want to stop if i still have momentum, but also dont want to push it too far that i get extreme hunger and am unable to maintain. when i do break it ill start with a bowl of peas or sweetcorn (80 calories), and repeat this for the first 3 days of refeeding. then im not sure, maybe peas in the morning and eggs in the evening for the next 3 days or something. ill have to keep pondering, but thats alright ive got time
