My rules:
- 200 calories a day max, done as one meal a day
- drink only water
- vegan food
- light exercise (walking)
My stats: 158 cm or 5'2
My results:
24.01. 55 kg
25.01. 53.7 kg
26.01. 52.9 kg
27.01. 52.1 kg
28.01. 51.8 kg
29.01. 51.5 kg
30.01. 51.2 kg
31.01. 50.8 kg
01.02. 49.8 kg
I plan to continue my 200 calorie journey on Instagram (xrubythroat, ED account) and try to complete a whole month.
