I read that in order to maintain my gw I have to eat 1480 calories. I think it's complexly plausible given enough muscle/metabolism/exercise. If I went up to 1200 it might just take a littlee more patience but eventually I could get pretty emancipated..?I hope to up my intake by 50 cals w/o gaining every week once I get down to an acceptable weight...
