Once i lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. It was really noticable. I ate ~1100 calories a day (mostly carbs, back to then i didn't knew anything about nutrition, dieting was just a fun game heh)+ few classes of turbo fire+ 3 'cleanse' days (5 apples a day).
