b/p free: 1 day ✓

Today went well and my partner is proud of me for having a b/p free day. I still have b/p food leftover from yesterday which was hard to forget lmao, but i gave it to my partner so i'm safe. I cannot let him down, i have to keep going and forget about b/ping no matter how strong the urges are. The first day is easy, but i know from experience day three is the most challenging day and i'm worried about those urges, but as long as i stay focused & mindful and try to allow myself more food if i need it, then it'll be okay. My partner said something very true regarding binging & purging... he said "did you know the calories you absorb when you b/p is probably the same amount as if you were eating three meals a day anyway, so what's the point?" He is actually right lol, i hate that he's right, but it's the food guilt i struggle with so we'll see how it goes.
