just here sharing my daily struggles with ED. I struggle with AN B/P but my main focus
here is to lose weight and reach my goal bmi of 15 for 2022, therefore i have to keep
calorie intake safe and low outside my b/p windows in order to lose weight.

I am extremely addicted to b/p but i'm gonna try my best to cut down as much as i
possibly can one day at a time and log everything here.

plan
  • stay within 500 calories a day
  • post photos of everything i eat
  • reach a bmi of 15 or less
  • cut down on b/p
  • 10k steps a day

Total for the day-498calories
TMI!! I was extremely backed up with my bowels and had extreme pains a week ago then I stopped eating only sugar free,diet bread,and processed food and I have been going everyday!

Dinner tonight was a pouch of tuna 148grams of cantaloupe 85grams of broccoli and carrots and 35grams of mixed peppers all of this was only 155calories!I have hit my new lw since leaving hospital of 85lbs! I can’t believe I lost 28lbs already!

Hey luvs this my everyday accountability plus weigh ins! It’s been taking me so long to loose recently which is stressful and I just started school it’s pretty good in general just the fact that I can’t think straight and constantly freezing during the day:/
~January,13th~[emoji3587]
Breakfast~plain pack of oatmeal-100cals

Lunch~ sugar free jello with 132grams cantaloupe and 65grams green grapes-100cals

Dinner-2slice reduced cal Bread with 10grams whipped cream cheese and 195grams cantaloupe-160cal
Total-360calories
I had very bad anxiety today I skipped therapy I was to tired to go I’m thinking about upping my protein and veg with turkey breast,tuna,broccoli,carrots and cauliflower.I’m trying to eat different foods and everyday cause when I eat the same foods for a while it messes my stomach up and I don’t take a bowel movement for days and end up with extreme pain[emoji37]Also I’m super grateful it’s Gonna snow up to 12inches here so we have school off so I can get rest cause I’m exhausted I just ran to the store since of the storm coming I bought apples,peppers,mixed veg,cantaloupe,pineapple,Greek yogurt,turkey slices,tuna,oatmeal packs,Greek yogurt,cauliflower dip,and fiber one bars!I hope you guys are well
