Tell them you're suicidal, they will have to at least put you on a 72hr hold, but tell them you're not going voluntarily. Do not sign ANYTHING consenting to treatment. Don't sign anything at all. Make it very clear at all times this is an involuntary hold.
They can, and will, still try to bill you. Send them a letter simply stating you did not consent to receiving medical treatment and will not be paying. They can't send your bill to a debt collector because of privacy laws, so they would have to take you to court to pursue it, and they just aren't going to do that. It would cost them more money to win the case than they could get out of you.
Edit: This info is assuming you're in the US, I have no idea how these things work in other countries
