i manage to stick to diets really easly things i find to really help you are

find ways to make yourself sick like spinning in circles smell something bad ect.

just think when your ill you dont eat anything do you

other ways drink coffee no sugar or milk and black tea no sugar or milk

i dont find drinking water help full at all i makes me hungry so i drink about 3 pints a day max

play video games or computure games they really help take your mind of things you can go 8 hours without food i find

if your getting hungry just go for a nap usally 50 mins if you cant sleep close your eyes and just dream about your goal

keep saying to yourself i can do this and remember food isnt something you really need it just gives you energy

if these dont work drink 1 no more than one cup of coffee with milk and 4 sugars gives you a boost and easy to burn off because its liquid

i hope i helped and good luck xx

I find that pampering yourself also helps.  Shaving your legs, doing a facial mask, ect., helps a lot too.  Or  going for a walk with a friend helps too.

Oh!  Also looking at recipes that show how many calories it is helps too, because then you're disgusted by how many calories it is.

That must not have been fun.  How long did you think that for?  Did you get super dehydrated?

Great tip about video games... I play a lot myself and it's easy to forget about food if you're really into a game.

              Here's some tips:

Keep your goal in front of you. Pics of models with thigh gaps. a dress that you want. something that would only look good on your if you were thin.

Buy a dress that's too small for you now, but will fit when you lose the weight.

Watch TV with no commericals (downloads or netflix) that way you don't see commercials for food.

If you are fasting, drink something that will make you bloated and not hungry, like Fruits and Vegetables to go. It squeezes into water and it's only ten calories.

Eat your vitamins, and drink lots of water after.

Appetite suppressant chews, they come in chocolate and are only eight calories.

Work a lot, spend your time being too productive for food.

              That's all I got.

They all said I would grow out of it. Little did they know, it had just begun.

Cucumber and green tea usually stop me from snacking on rubbish food, and looking at thinspo blogs on tumblr. If I really need a pick-me-up, then I'll have a coffee with sweetener (if it's before 2pm) or a square of super-dark chocolate (the 85% cocoa stuff). Blueberries and miso soup are also pretty good.

I have a cast-iron stomach as my nana used to call it. Literally nothing makes me vomit, no matter how sick I feel. ): I've only vomited twice in the last 10 years.

Great tips here ! I don't have any. But the video-game thing really works: If you girls have an iPhone, or can go to the App Store applications with your tablet or smartphone, download the "covet fashion" game :D of course If you like fashion. It's really a good game and I forget about food playing it lol ^^

i always brush my teeth when i'm hungry. it makes me unable to eat for at least a while, as everything taste horrible after you've brushed your teeth
