Lunch: Two Slices of Vegan Pizza (312)
Dinner: Tuna Mayo Sushi Bowl (557)
Snack: Dairy Free Up&Go (175)
Total: 1,045 calories
Good intake day, not a very good activity day… About 1,900 calories burned though. Keep on, keeping on.
I really need to do more exercise though…

Probably not going to be able to make 66kg by the end of the month like I wanted to. Which is super frustrating.
I have an event on August 19th which I'm pretty desperate to be under 65kg for... My partners birthday is also the 18th so I know both days will be choas. But, if I can be under 65kg, I feel like I can embrace the choas a little more.

Breakfast: Black Coffee (1), Peaches (81) and Dairy Free Yoghurt (134)
Lunch: Harvest Pea Snaps (85) and Rice Cakes (47) with Dairy Free Cheese (131), Olivani Lite (25) and Vegemite (9)
Dinner: Sweet and Sour Pork (587)
Snack: Black Coffee (1) and Mini Dark Orange Chocolate (82)
Total: 1,183 calories
So. About today. I had everything all perfectly planned out to stay under 1,000 calories. AND THEN when it came to ordering Chinese food for dinner, instead of ordering the special “healthy” option, I was like fuck it - and ordered Sweet and Sour Pork. Somewhat fortunately, they forgot the rice… So I wasn’t massively over 1,000 calories… But still over, regardless.
Another relatively inactive day - about 1,900 calories burned. The weather is just so, so bad at the moment. I really want to get out for more walks but it’s raining and cold and so, so windy.

Going to throw the same (good) advice towards you that you gave to me - it's gonna take patience and consistency to get to those numbers my friend. I promise you, the world will not implode if you don't reach 65kg by the 18th/19th. I have every faith that you'll get there, but no amount of planning in the world will ever guarantee that it'll happen by the deadline you set. Do what you can with the circumstances you're given each day and you'll be at 65 before you know it!

Total: 1,123 calories
Over 1,000 calories but it’s not too bad… My partner was on dinner and decided he wanted to just have Chicken Noodles. I figured that would be all good but he actually cooked an extra packet. Still, could be worse.
ALSO. I weighed in at 69.4kg this morning and at first I was disappointed but then I realised THAT’S ACTUALLY A LOSS. Duh.

Today was fine. I’m kinda frustrated because I feel like July is gunna end up as basically a non month. I really need to be more consistent and do more exercise.

don't be too hard on yourself! even with some higher intake days, you've been really consistent all the days you've been restricting and that's 100% making a difference even if the progress takes a bit longer. supermarket day is the perfect opportunity for a reset!!

I totally agree with earthmoon, try not to be hard on yourself, you've been consistent on they days you've restricted. Celebrate those wins and don't let the losses spiral you. Each day is a new day, just focus on what you can do now to get to your goals in the future. Rooting for you!
