    Hello! I wanted to share my results of doing the 10 Days to Skinny diet! Idk how to post pictures, but the diet goes like this:

    Day 1. 105 calories
    Day 2. 50
    Day 3. Fast
    Day 4. 100
    Day 5. 175
    Day 6. 200
    Day 7. 250
    Day 8. 100
    Day 9. 75
    Day 10. Fast

    I know they’re kinda goofy but I like doing these types of diets. I feel like it’s less decision-making for me to worry about, lol. My rules for this diet were:

    - Only eat between 7 AM - 8 AM, then fast for the rest of the day (basically just intermittent fasting)
    - Since I am most likely to binge between 10 AM - 1 PM, I have to keep myself occupied during those times. I often grounded myself to not be allowed out of bed except to pee or get more water. I was also not to look at, touch, smell, or watch shows or videos about food at all, and had to constantly have a beverage in my hand to keep my mouth occupied. By the third day, my binge cravings were gone, which is awesome since I was coming out of a long binge cycle.
    - Drink at least 64 oz. water per day, double that on fasting days.
    - Walk for one hour a day (I added some strength exercises about a week in.)
    - I took a picture of my meals every day, and recorded all calories and exercise in Lose It

    My starting stats were:
    5’2”
    141.2
    Bust: 34
    Waist: 28
    Hips: 39
    Thighs: 23

    My ending stats:
    5’2”
    130.4
    Bust: 33
    Waist: 27
    Hips: 37.5
    Thighs: 22.25

    I’m super happy with this loss! I fasted an extra day after in preparation for a concert, and the day of the concert ended up only consuming 175 calories, so I now weigh 128.6. I’m starting the Lose a Stone Diet and I’ll post those results when I’m finished.

      There’s sort of a bunch of things that have come together for me as far as that goes. I have a chronic GI condition so I already tend to associate food with pain and avoid it when I can. Plus, I recently started on Prozac which has made my appetite practically non-existent. Beyond those things, I think keeping track of my intake by taking pictures and tracking in Lose It helped a lot, plus drinking tons of water and green tea.

              Because of my GI issues, I have to be vegan as well as avoiding soy and wheat/gluten, so I lived almost entirely on homemade salads and fresh fruits, with occasional addition of coconut milk or chocolate almond milk for protein and fats. Lots of water and green tea as well.

              It could be. Everyone is different, but generally if I try to fast after binging I end up binging even more. It definitely worked great for me, I haven’t binged at all since I did this, and before I was binging every day.

                Yes, I’m still losing weight. Now as quickly but it’s still dropping consistently.

                My energy levels only got really low on fasting days and when I didn’t sleep well. For exercise, I walked for at least one hour, often more, and did a series of strength exercises, like 30 minutes to an hour of strength usually, varying target areas every day. I had two days a week where I did no strength exercises but still walked for at least an hour.

                          Man i would do this, i can fast for a day but after that i have 0 control. that many days and that little amount of food, its amazing what youve done. 

                          your bingetimes are in the morning etc, with me its totally opposite. If i eat breakfast, i will eat the rest of the days meals, so intermittent fasting is an omad during the night for me. but an omad is more than 200-300 cals per day so..

                                I did a couple different low-restricting diets afterward and have continued losing. My weight loss slowed way down for the couple weeks after this diet and has just recently started to pick back up, but that may have been because of my monthly cycle, but I haven’t put on any weight besides temporary food weight that drops right off.

                                  Whatever works best for you. I wouldn’t jump straight to higher restriction just because that might cause some weight gain, but you could gradually raise your calories, or you could keep low-restricting. Personally, I did Lose a Stone, The Clique Diet, and The Feather Diet, and I’m currently doing Alice’s Diet.

                                        Hey! So in my last thread I said I’d be doing the Lose a Stone Diet and would share my results. For those unfamiliar with it, the diet goes like this;

                                        Day 1. Water Fast
                                        Day 2. 200 calories
                                        Day 3. Water Fast
                                        Day 4. Water Fast
                                        Day 5. 500
                                        Day 6. 200
                                        Day 7. 650
                                        Day 8. Water Fast
                                        Day 9. Fast
                                        Day 10. 250

                                        I’m gonna be honest, I was not impressed by this diet. I don’t like the way it’s set up. Coming off a two day fast with 500 calories, followed by 200 calories, then 650? Yeah, my weight was bouncing all over the place.

                                        My starting stats:
                                        5’2”
                                        128.6 lbs
                                        Bust: 32.5”
                                        Waist: 27”
                                        Hips: 36.5”
                                        Thighs: 22.25”

                                        Ending stats:
                                        5’2”
                                        125.6 lbs
                                        Bust: 32.5”
                                        Waist: 26.5”
                                        Hips: 36.5”
                                        Thighs: 21.75”

                                        Only three pounds in ten days, but it DID get me to a new LW (yes really stop laughing 😭)

                                        My exercise was an hour of walking a day plus some strength exercises for toning. I was still only eating breakfast but no longer put a time limit on myself because I couldn’t get 500 calories of vegetables in my body in an hour lol! I stopped taking pictures of my meals but I think that was a mistake, it helps me remember how much I’ve eaten and feel more secure in that.

                                        I followed the diet exactly with no binging. In the last half I started each morning with a special green tea blend that I hope helps boost my metabolism.

                                        I’m doing The Clique Diet next (for those familiar, I’m only doing it for one week instead of three due to certain time constraints.) I’ll share those results when I’m done!

                                          Congrats on the loss! Maybe because it's a new low weight, I'm guessing you lost a bunch right before this too? That could be why you didn't lose more on such a restrictive diet. Personally I've tried this a couple of times and lost like 6-7 lbs I think which was pretty much what I'd expected

                                          Okay I said I’d try The Clique Diet next. For those unfamiliar, it goes like this:

                                          Day 2: 150
                                          Day 3: 500
                                          Day 4: Fast

                                          Day 7: Fast

                                          My starting stats were:
                                          5’2”
                                          125.6
                                          Bust: 33”
                                          Waist: 26.5”
                                          Hips: 36.5”
                                          Thighs: 21.75”

                                          My ending stats are:
                                          5’2”
                                          123.2
                                          Bust: 32”
                                          Waist: 25”
                                          Hips: 35.75”
                                          Thighs: 21.25”

                                          Sooo...I only lost 2.4 lbs in a week, but I lost a lot of inches? Not sure how that works but okay lol. I’m kinda frustrated with how little weight I’m losing. Because of a GI condition, I have to eat soy-free, gluten-free, and vegan, so I’m mostly living on fruits and veggies, nothing super processsed or unhealthy. It’s frustrating that I’m not binging or messing up at all and exercising every day and seeing such little results. I can’t increase my exercise either because my GI condition stops me from doing anything too rigorous.

                                          I know I’m being kind of a downer but I am REALLY happy with the inches lost. A lot of things in my life are looking up at the moment, I just wish the scale was moving a little faster.

                                          Next I’ll be doing the Feather Diet. After that, my sister will be coming into town, which always puts me in a panic of trying to lose as much weight as possible. Probably makes me a terrible person but whatever. I’ll share the results of that when I’m done.

                                          Heyyy I said I’d update my results when I completed the Feather Diet, so here it is. (I used to be under Barbie Dull) For those unfamiliar with the diet, it goes like this:

                                          Day 1: 500
                                          Day 2: 400
                                          Day 3: 300
                                          Day 4: 200
                                          Day 5: 100
                                          Day 6: Fast
                                          Day 7: 50

                                          I didn’t binge or go over at any point. However, (TMI) I did start my period, and I got very sick because of it, meaning I missed a couple days worth of exercise. I usually try to make up any exercise I missed but my energy levels were so low and I kept feeling like I would faint (almost did while talking to someone at the pharmacy, which was really embarrassing and scary since I’ve never fainted before.) My weight loss is still ridiculously slow for me right now but for what a hell week this was, I’m pretty satisfied. Plus, I never thought I’d see below 120! So I’m really happy with that.

                                          My starting stats were:
                                          5’2”
                                          121.8 lbs
                                          Bust: 32”
                                          Waist: 25”
                                          Hips: 35.75”
                                          Thighs: 21.25”

                                          My ending stats are:
                                          5’2”
                                          119.8 lbs
                                          Bust: 31.5”
                                          Waist: 24.5”
                                          Hips: 35”
                                          Thighs: 21”

                                          2 pounds lost. I wish I knew how to boost my metabolism or just make the weight drop faster. People say to have a high-calorie day but I’m way too scared, and my health prevents me from doing much more exercise than I already am. I’ve been putting spice on my foods (like hot sauce) to try to help but so far not seeing crazy improvement.

                                          Originally I was doing this diet in anticipation of visiting my sister this week, but she had to reschedule, which gives me more time for drop some weight before I see her. I have this obsessive need to be skinnier every time I see her. Couldn’t tell you why. Anyway, because of this change of plans, I had to rearrange my own diet plans, otherwise I would be in the middle of a diet when I went to visit her, and she would definitely notice if I was restricting as low as I have been. So, next up I am doing Alice’s Diet, which times perfectly to end the day before I leave to see her. Most people I’ve seen on here lose 15-20 lbs in it, I’m optimistically hoping to lose 10, but I’d be happy with even 5. It’ll be the longest single diet I’ve done, so I’ll be posting weekly updates in the Accountability forum before posting my end results here.

                                          Hello friends and enemies. I’m doing Alice’s Diet, starting today! This accountability thread is going to be a little different. Rather than posting daily or every other day, I’m going to do weekly updates on how I’m doing so far. Otherwise I think I would stress myself out too much.

                                          For those who don’t know, this is Alice’s Diet:

                                          My rules are:
                                          •OMAD — Only eat breakfast, try to eat as soon as I can after waking up and weighing
                                          •Health — I have a GI condition that requires me to avoid a lot of different foods, so I am currently vegan, wheat/gluten free, and soy free
                                          •Planning — I must plan my meals at least three days in advance
                                          •Exercise — Every day I must walk for at least one hour, and Friday-Tuesday (for reasons lol), I do additional strength exercises as I’ve assigned them to each day
                                          •Water — Drink at least 64 oz. water every day, double that on fasting days
                                          •Home — I must clean house every day, for at least two hours or until it is done to burn calories and reduce stress
                                          •Self-Care — I must do a full self-care routine every day to reduce stress

                                          I’ll be updating on Tuesday mornings with my weight and measurements. My starting stats for today are:

                                          5’2”
                                          119.8 lbs
                                          Bust: 31.5”
                                          Waist: 24.5”
                                          Hips: 35”
                                          Thighs: 21”

                                          As I said in my Feather Diet Results thread, I’m optimistically hoping to lose 10 lbs, but I’d be happy with even 5. Just trying to drop some pounds before I go see my sister. Wish me luck!

                                          I didn’t go over or binge at any point, but I did miss several days of exercise and house cleaning because I was feeling very sick. My GI condition was flaring up bad. I feel kinda shitty about that, but I still lost!

                                          I realized that on higher calorie days, my meals need to be somewhat calorie dense, otherwise I get too full and end up putting on a ton of food weight. Yesterday I had a huge apple with almond butter, carrot sticks, and some coconut milk ice cream totaling 494 calories and I lost, whereas the day before I ate 400 calories worth of salad and gained.

                                          My current stats are:
                                          5’2”
                                          SW: 119.8 lbs
                                          CW: 116.8 lbs
                                          Bust: 31”
                                          Waist: 24.5”
                                          Hips: 35”
                                          Thighs: 21”

                                          Three pounds down and I’m honestly really happy with that. Today is a tea fast day and I am honestly so ready for it lol.

                                          Would anyone be interested in reading daily updates from me? Mostly just diet-related things, intakes and food pics and stuff like that.                                           On Day 10, which was supposed to be a tea + milk only day, we were out of milk that I can have so I just did a normal tea fast. I do try to follow these diets as closely as possible but I had no money whatsoever haha. Sorry if this skews the results, I personally doubt it makes that big of a difference in the long run but I do apologize.

                                          My current stats are:
                                          5’2”
                                          SW: 119.8 lbs
                                          CW: 113.2 lbs
                                          Bust: 30.5”
                                          Waist: 24”
                                          Hips: 34”
                                          Thighs: 20.5”

                                          -3.6 lbs is not too shabby if I do say so myself lol. I really hope to see 110 or less by the time I leave to visit my sister, and I’m really close to that!

                                          I’ve officially finished the Alice’s Diet!

                                          Not gonna lie, this was the week from hell in my personal life. I didn’t binge or go over but I also got no exercise or sleep and I abused milk of magnesia a couple times. But, I survived and made it to the end of the diet!

                                          My visit to see my sister had to get pushed out all the way to November. It’s a bummer, but I hope to get to my UGW well before then.

                                          My ending stats are:
                                          5’2”
                                          SW: 119.8 lbs
                                          CW: 109 lbs
                                          Bust: 30.5”
                                          Waist: 24”
                                          Hips: 33”
                                          Thighs: 20”

                                          I should mention that my scale died on me this week and I had to get a replacement when we were broke, so I had to get a analog dial scale that isn’t going to be quite as accurate. Still, I lost around 4 lbs this week and 10 lbs over the course of the diet. I’m super happy about this!

                                          I’ve officially finished the Alice’s Diet!

                                          Not gonna lie, this was the week from hell in my personal life. I didn’t binge or go over but I also got no exercise or sleep and I abused milk of magnesia a couple times. But, I survived and made it to the end of the diet!

                                          My visit to see my sister had to get pushed out all the way to November. It’s a bummer, but I hope to get to my UGW well before then.

                                          My ending stats are:
                                          5’2”
                                          SW: 119.8 lbs
                                          CW: 109 lbs
                                          Bust: 30.5”
                                          Waist: 24”
                                          Hips: 33”
                                          Thighs: 20”

                                          I should mention that my scale died on me this week and I had to get a replacement when we were broke, so I had to get a analog dial scale that isn’t going to be quite as accurate. Still, I lost around 4 lbs this week and 10 lbs over the course of the diet. I’m super happy about this!

                                          Hey all! I just finished Alice’s Diet. For this diet, I was supposed to follow these rules:

                                          My rules are:
                                          •OMAD — Only eat breakfast, try to eat as soon as I can after waking up and weighing
                                          •Health — I have a GI condition that requires me to avoid a lot of different foods, so I am currently vegan, wheat/gluten free, and soy free
                                          •Planning — I must plan my meals at least three days in advance
                                          •Exercise — Every day I must walk for at least one hour, and Friday-Tuesday (for reasons lol), I do additional strength exercises as I’ve assigned them to each day
                                          •Water — Drink at least 64 oz. water every day, double that on fasting days
                                          •Home — I must clean house every day, for at least two hours or until it is done to burn calories and reduce stress
                                          •Self-Care — I must do a full self-care routine every day to reduce stress

                                          Most of those ended up falling by the wayside, however, I never binged or went over my calorie allowance.

                                          My starting stats were:
                                          5’2”
                                          119.8 lbs
                                          Bust: 31.5”
                                          Waist: 24.5”
                                          Hips: 35”
                                          Thighs: 21”

                                          And my stats today are:
                                          5’2”
                                          ~109 lbs
                                          Bust: 30.5”
                                          Waist: 24”
                                          Hips: 33”
                                          Thighs: 20”

                                          (My scale died on me and was replace with a dial scale, so exact weight is no longer an option until I can get a better scale.)

                                          I’m super happy with this! I passed another goal weight and I’m less than 20 from my UGW.

                                          Today and tomorrow I will be eating 200 calories and resting a lot. My body really needs it. After that, I’m starting the Extreme Ana Challenge. Yeah, I might be crazy.

                                                Having successfully completed Alice’s Diet, I’m moving on to something like 50x more over the top—The Extreme Ana Challenge:

                                                In my Internet searching I haven’t been able to find anyone documenting finishing this so I’m pretty excited/scared to try. I haven’t binged in over two months, though, so I feel really good about this. My rules for this diet are:

                                                •OMAD — On days that I eat, only eat breakfast, try to eat as soon as I can after waking up and weighing
                                                •Health — I have a GI condition that requires me to avoid a lot of different foods, so I am currently vegan, wheat/gluten free, and soy free

                                                Okay, today wasn’t stellar. I stuck to my fast 100%, but I got no sleep last night and I felt so sick and exhausted that I couldn’t get out of bed. Needless to say, no exercise or cleaning got done. Pretty embarrassing to do so poorly on my first day, but I didn’t want to risk fainting or something. I also didn’t drink enough water, which has been an issue for me lately. I’d bet that I felt so sick today because I’m dehydrated.

                                                I’m gonna try harder tomorrow. I know I can do this.

                                                Today went much better! I made up for the cleaning and exercise I missed, except the walking which I will finish making up for tomorrow.

                                                (TW: emetophobia) I involuntarily threw up some bile today. I felt really sick really suddenly and it sucked. It was probably my GI condition and the fact that I did so much today. I’m not gonna worry about it too much unless it continues.

                                                Tomorrow is a 500 calorie day. I have it all planned out but I’m still nervous because I don’t want to gain weight. I’m sure it’ll be fine but I always get nervous when I break a fast.

Maybe I could pull it off now that I haven’t binged in two months, but I also don’t want to tempt fate, you know?

                                                My weight didn’t move, but tbh I’m just glad I didn’t gain.

                                                I didn’t quite get everything done today, which is frustrating. I was caught off guard by some bad memories and I had to lay down and ended up falling asleep.

                                                I did still burn ~460 calories and didn’t take in any calories, so I’m really hopeful to see what the scale says tomorrow.

                                                  Today I have finally, begrudgingly, accepted that exercise during this diet is going to have to be more of a “do-what-you-can” thing. I was doing my housecleaning and organizing a cupboard. I had to stand on a stepladder because the cabinets are really high, and as I was up there, I suddenly felt really dizzy and my vision kind of faded for a second like when you get up too fast. Except I hadn’t moved. I was really scared for a second that I would faint. I’ve never fainted before but it would be my bad luck to faint for the first time while standing on the top step of a stepladder. Thankfully, I was okay. I took a break and rested and was able to finish what I had started.

                                                  So, the new rule is, two hours minimum of housecleaning each day, other exercise is optional. It makes me feel like a chump to do this in the middle of the diet, but I bet I’d feel worse if I fainted or something and had to break the diet completely. Safety first.

                                                  Tomorrow is an eating day, which happened to fall on one of my gf’s days off. Which is nice because she does worry when I go all day without eating, if she notices. Hopefully she just won’t notice the next day, or maybe I can fool her with a fake dirty plate or something like that.

                                                  I still hate breaking fasts. I can’t help but want to take some milk of magnesia with my breakfast tomorrow even though I’m trying to not do that. I just really hate putting on food weight. Hopefully I at least show some good weight loss by tomorrow.

                                                        I hope you can find it! It’s really great. It’s only 45 calories for 2 tablespoons rather than 190 for the same amount with regular peanut butter, plus you can make it whatever consistency you like for different uses.

                                                        What I wouldn’t give for a digital scale! Hopefully there’s room in the budget for one when my gf gets paid. Anyway, it looked to be somewhere between 106 and 107 so I’m just gonna go with 106.5.

I ran a couple errands with my gf too but it was no more than 30 minutes of walking total. If that. It was my gf’s day off, today is her Saturday, so we just ended up lounging around and playing Mario Kart and getting high as shit. Not a bad day tbh.

                                                        Have I mentioned how I hate breaking fasts? I just can’t stop thinking that every single calorie is making me gain. So annoying. I didn’t end up taking any milk of magnesia today, hopefully I don’t end up putting on a ton of food weight and end up taking some anyway

                                                        Hey but as of today I’ve officially made it halfway through this diet! I’m super stoked. This has definitely been the hardest one I’ve done but I am sticking with it to the end.

                                                          Well I really didn’t expect to lose so I’m pretty glad that I did! I stuck to my fast today, but hooooo boy was I lazy. I did a little walking, like maybe 20 minutes, and about 30 minutes of housecleaning. I’m really trying not to let it get to me but I feel so lazy and fat for not exercising more. But I’m still losing and I feel really happy about that.

                                                          I definitely didn’t drink enough water today. My gf bought a whole bunch of Zevias (diet sodas sweetened with stevia instead of aspartame or sucralose/Splenda, the only kind of soda I’ll drink) and I mostly drank those today. Hopefully I don’t retain water. That would suck.

                                                          Gf definitely noticed that I didn’t eat, but I just blame everything on my GI condition and she’s totally ignorant both about my illness and about disordered eating so she never thinks much of it. Probably makes me a terrible person.

                                                          I can kind of see the outline of my ribs when I take my shirt off and stand normally. Just barely. Plus my waist seems smaller. My underwear don’t stay up very well and I just bought those fairly recently. So that’s hella exciting.

                                                            Does napping count as exercise? Because that’s about all I did today. I’m such a lazy piece of crap lmao

                                                            I stuck to my fast no problem, my stomach was extra upset all day. My gf brought home fried chicken for herself and even though it smelled good, my brain didn’t go to eating it. If anything I thought about c/s-ing but there’s no way to do it without her seeing so obviously I didn’t. I rarely c/s, anyway. Usually only when I’m crazy stressed, and it’s usually not very much food.

                                                            500 calories tomorrow. As usual, not looking forward to it, but maybe I’ll get enough of an energy boost from it that I’ll actually get stuff done tomorrow.

                                                            Once again I got like no exercise today. At least I walked for 20 minutes. My gf’s schedule has been changing around at work, so we’ve been getting up between 4:00-5:00 AM, and my body isn’t adjusting well. I’m so tired all the time it’s horrible.

                                                            My intake was 496 calories. Here’s a pic of what I ate:

                                                            It occurred to me that as of today, I’m 15 lbs away from my goal weight. Holy shit. Believe me when I say I never thought I’d be anywhere near where I am today. Just a little over two months ago, I was over 140 lbs, even though I had promised myself I’d never let myself get that heavy again. Just over three months ago, I was planning to kill myself because I thought I’d always be miserable. Just. Wow. I’ve been chubby my whole life and now I’m the smallest I’ve been since puberty.

                                                                I’m in the home stretch now, one more fasting day and then the last day of the diet is the last 500 calorie day.                                                                 Whoo! When I started this diet I was optimistically hoping to be around 104 by the end, and here I am! Yay!

                                                                Not much to report from today. I managed to not nap today, and sadly I’ve reached a point where this is an accomplishment.

                                                                Tomorrow is the last day of the diet. I’m nervous but hopefully I don’t gain any food weight. I barely noticed these last two days of fasting, which is going to make breaking it even harder. I can do this!

                                                                      •OMAD — On days that I eat, only eat breakfast, try to eat as soon as I can after waking up and weighing
                                                                      •Health — I have a GI condition that requires me to avoid a lot of different foods, so I am currently vegan, wheat/gluten free, and soy free
                                                                      •Planning — I must plan my meals at least three days in advance
                                                                      •Exercise — Every day I must walk for at least one hour, and Friday-Tuesday (for reasons lol), I do additional strength exercises as I’ve assigned them to each day
                                                                      •Water — Drink at least 128 oz. water on fasting days, can be reduced to 64 oz. on days that I eat
                                                                      •Home — I must clean house every day, for at least two hours or until it is done to burn calories and reduce stress
                                                                      •Self-Care — I must do a full self-care routine every day to reduce stress

                                                                      My starting stats were:
                                                                      5’2”
                                                                      109 lbs
                                                                      Bust: 30”
                                                                      Waist: 24”
                                                                      Hips: 33”
                                                                      Thighs: 20”

                                                                      And my ending stats are:
                                                                      5’2”
                                                                      104 lbs

                                                                      Straight up—this was HARD. Like. Really hard. I never binged or went over, but I very quickly couldn’t complete as much exercise as I wanted. I was all but bed bound for the last half of the challenge. On top of that, I had a lot of really bad dizzy spells, moments when my vision would fade for a second or two, stomach upset, and I could not stop sleeping.

                                                                      So although I am really proud of accomplishing this and really happy about my results, I NEVER want to do it again.

                                                                      If any of you decide to do this, don’t plan on getting much of any exercise. I definitely don’t suggest doing this if you have a strenuous job or are on your feet most of the day.

                                                                      Today and tomorrow, I’m gonna restrict to 200 calories, and then on Friday I begin the Skinny Psycho Diet, which I will make an Accountability for.

                                                                      So first day was fine. For anyone who doesn’t know, I just moved to a new apartment yesterday and I was dead tired all day. I slept in way later than usual and took TWO (2) long naps and I was still so tired omg. I lounged in bed all day and I only feel a little guilty about it.

                                                                      Tomorrow my gf and I are gonna go start deep cleaning the old apartment. So far everything seems like it’s gonna be okay.

                                                                        So today...sucked lol. My gf woke up sick in the early hours. Then, while I was trying to make my breakfast, I got really shaky and weak and ended up dry heaving. It’s a thing that happens with my condition, not much to do about it. We ended up deciding not to go to clean the old apartment up today so we could give our bodies time to recuperate. We have to go tomorrow, though, no matter how shitty we feel, so hopefully an extra day of rest helps.

                                                                        Things here seem to be going okay though. We have been staying out of the roommates’ ways as much as possible, cleaning up after ourselves immediately, etc., and today one of the roommates gave us a gram of weed as a Halloween present. So I guess we must be making a good first impression lmao

                                                                        (TMI) I was hella constipated until like an hour ago so I’m guessing that’s why my weight hasn’t moved (END TMI)

                                                                        I am so fucking tired guys. My gf and I busted it out on the old apartment. We still have a few things to finish tomorrow but after that we’ll be done and we won’t have to see that shithole again. Hurray!

                                                                        I really hope I lose some weight tomorrow. I could use the morale boost.

                                                                        Today was not good. I felt like shit all day. I didn’t take care of myself. My gf is still sick as well. We ended up not going back to finish up at the old apartment because we both felt so icky. Tomorrow is the last day to get it done so. No pressure, body.

                                                                        All-in-all, it’s pretty embarrassing how far I’ve backslid these past few days. I have got to get my shit together. But! I’m at a new LW! Aaahhh I’m only ~1.5 lbs away from my UGW! This doesn’t seem real.

                                                                        Is it possible to die from a plateau? Asking for a friend.

                                                                        Seriously if that scale doesn’t show something lower tomorrow I might literally scream. But it probably won’t since I ate like a lazy piece of shit again and got no exercise. Ugh. Well, we went food shopping today so I will hopefully be able to lose weight after tomorrow. I also got extra almond milk since that’s what I will be mono-ing on soon. I’m really nervous since the few times I’ve attempted monos were miserable failures, but that was also back when I was binging every day so who knows?

                                                                        I know I haven’t had much to say the past few days, I’ve been really feeling the after-effects of moving and my body and brain are still both barely functioning lol. I accidentally fell asleep today and when my gf came home, she was really mad at me and made me feel like shit about it. She had been trying to ask if she should stop at the store without me or not, but since I didn’t answer, she came home, which wasted gas. I got her looking at me like I was stupid and going off on me about all this while I had literally just woken up and was not only trying to process that I exist and stuff, but also dealing with the immense guilt I feel every time I end up napping. Then she was really passive-aggressive all day and kept saying things that made me feel stupid. Idk if she was doing it on purpose but it didn’t help me feeling like shit.

                                                                        I know she resents me because she has to work a job she hates to support me, since I’m not able to work. I think she is still in denial about me being sick. She has implied many times that I’m not as sick as I act. I wish. If I had the energy and stamina to do normal things again, you’d better fuckin believe I wouldn’t take it for granted for a second.

                                                                        Locked down Thanksgiving plans with my sister which means I have a couple weeks now to get to my UGW and figure out how I’m going to survive the calorie overload. My sister knows about my GI issues and she is also vegan, so she is going to be making sure there’s lots of food there that I can have. Last time she saw me I was probably somewhere in the 130 lb range, and she knows I “used to” have eating issues in high school, so she will probably be hella suspect already, so I can’t just play it off like I’m not that hungry or whatever. I’ll probably have to make it a free day and then find a way to take the weight back off. I’ll be packing milk of magnesia for sure lol

                                                                        Long time lurker/disordered eater, first time poster.

                                                                        I’ve been slacking but I am now in panic mode, and I have been re-motivated by two things: 1) Summer is coming and I am not hiding my body for another summer, and 2) my sister is coming to visit soon and I am not willing to be fat when I see her (I have a competition in my head with her. No idea if she feels the same, but I cannot stand the idea of her coming to visit and thinking of me as “fat.”)

                                                                        My current diet rules:
                                                                        -I must burn AT LEAST 1,000 calories per day
                                                                        -I must always net zero calories or less
                                                                        -I must always take laxatives if I eat solid food

                                                                        5’2”
                                                                        SW: 138.6 (3/5)
                                                                        CW: 131.2 (3/11)
                                                                        GW: 121.0 (3/22) (I realize this is unrealistic but dreams man)
                                                                        UGW: 90

                                                                        Today, I water fasted until bae came home and then drank some
                                                                        alcoholic drinks. I know it’s pure sugar but it helps me lose so I am not mad. I’m going to a movie event tomorrow so I plan to fast + exercise until then.

                                                                        just make sure that your'e not doing too much too quickly because it could easily put you into a binging cycle (slow loss is better than no loss at all bc of binging ya feel). Also when restricting that low, it always helps me to take multi vitamens just to make sure that at least i have some type of nutrients in my body

                                                                        I take multivitamins every day. I usually don’t try to lose as fast as I am now, but I want to lose as much as possible before my sister comes. I’m also just now coming out of a binge cycle and I’m kinda just hanging on to the motivation I have while I have it. 😂

                                                                        My weight this morning was 130.2. Today I water fasted until the movie, then had a huge vodka soda at the movie. I also did a ton of dancing and walking and burned 1508 calories. My net today was -729 so all in all very successful day.

                                                                        Forgot to mention in my previous posts that I have a chronic illness that makes it so that I have to avoid a lot of different foods. I’m currently vegan, gluten free, and soy free.

Why did I gain? —TMI— I peed right before I got on the scale and I had really bad diarrhea all day yesterday so I know there wasn’t any poop adding weight. — Maybe my period is coming soon?? Ugh.                                                                           Sorry for not updating yesterday. It was a horrible day, food-wise, health-wise, emotional-wise, it sucked. I am not going to weigh myself today because I think if I get anymore depressed I might do something stupid. I won’t be able to exercise much if at all because my illness has decided to flare up really badly. I should fast but since I am suddenly binging so much, I don’t want to risk that again. So instead I’m going to do an unlimited liquid diet for a few days until I’m feeling well again. I’ve done them before and they’ve always been really effective and easy. I don’t count calories on them, I just drink instead of eat when I’m hungry, and obviously don’t drink like nothing but milkshakes and frappés lol
